At Dreamz Family Tours, we understand that travel plans may sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our customers and our travel partners.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges will apply depending on how close the cancellation date is to the travel date.
Typical cancellation charges may be as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: Initial booking amount may be non-refundable.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost may be charged.
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost may be charged.
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on hotel, airline, and other service providers.
2. Refund Process
If a refund is applicable after cancellation, the amount will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation from the travel suppliers such as hotels, airlines, or transport providers.
3. Cancellation by Dreamz Family Tours
In rare situations where we are required to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
- An alternative travel date or package, or
- A refund based on the supplier policies.
4. Changes or Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking (such as travel dates, destination, or hotel category), we will try our best to accommodate the request. However, additional charges may apply depending on availability and supplier policies.
5. No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to arrive at the departure point or does not utilize the booked services without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
